California Schools Risk Management (CSRM) provides member districts with the tools, plans, and resources needed to maintain safe workplaces and meet state and federal occupational safety requirements. To help streamline compliance with establishing, implementing, and maintaining written programs, CSRM provides members with access to Cal OSHA model program templates that can be adapted to your district’s needs.
These templates are designed to save districts time, ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, and promote safer environments for students and staff. Members can easily download and customize the documents for local use.
Additional information can be found on Cal OSHA’s Training Academy, which provides online training courses, guidance documents, videos, and other helpful resources on a variety of occupational safety and health topics. All employers and workers in the state of California have free access to the training courses and other information on this site. Employers may incorporate these courses and materials into their safety programs.
In addition, CSRM offers guidance, training opportunities, and best practice resources to help districts implement safety programs, reduce risks, and promote a culture of prevention.By partnering with CSRM, members have access to ready-to-use resources that save time, ensure compliance, and strengthen safety for staff and students alike.
